Beyond her professional role, she has a long-standing interest in the discipline of martial arts, specifically Karate, Thai Boxing, and Taekwondo.

DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS

Tamar combines a decade of oncological practice with over 10 years of clinical research leadership. Having served as a CRA, Project Manager, and Sub-Investigator, she brings a 360-degree perspective to every trial phase – from start-up to close-out. Specialized in oncology, feasibility, and regulatory oversight within emerging markets, Tamar is recognized for her structured, results-driven focus on quality and patient safety. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, swimming, and the cinema.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Nina drives Paspigioni’s global brand growth and go-to-market strategy. With over five years at the company and a background at EY and Ciklum, she specializes in strategic marketing and communications across clinical research and the healthcare technology industry. Outside work, she’s an active reader who would join every book club if she had time: online and offline.

HEAD OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

With over 15 years of experience, Marina specializes in building long-term relationships and navigating complex organizational landscapes. Known for being thoughtful and direct, she excels at fostering collaboration within challenging environments where science and business intersect. Her approach is rooted in trust and a practical, relationship-driven mindset. Outside of work, Marina enjoys exploring new cities through the lens of local bookstores and neighborhood cafes.

REGULATORY SPECIALIST

Ilona manages international regulatory submissions and compliance with over five years of experience in clinical research and healthcare management. Her expertise spans oncology, pulmonology, and cardiology, focusing on seamless coordination with ethics committees and regulatory authorities. Outside of work, she finds inspiration and energy in music.

IMPORT/EXPORT SPECIALIST

Nana specializes in regulatory coordination and the cross-border management of medicinal products. She ensures seamless clinical trial approvals and compliant logistics through expert collaboration with international partners and customs authorities. Outside of work, Nana maintains her focus through reading, swimming, and a passion for anime.
